<p>This is a plastic replacement coupler that connects the motor to the head of the Craftsman hand grinder Model 315.17340. &nbsp;</p><p>The coupler's part number from Craftsman is 1-607486-01 and they are no longer available, so I designed up the part as a replacement.&nbsp;</p><p>I have used PETG for the coupler I am using right now and it has been working fine so far. &nbsp;I try and not use the grinder continuously to where it heats up and could possibly weaken the PETG coupler. &nbsp;If the PETG couple ever fails I may make a replacement using TPU.</p>
