I designed this custom bike light using just seven 5mm LEDs. The accompanying jig makes soldering a breeze, after which you can attach it to your actual bike part. I printed the housing in transparent PETG with five top and bottom layers for optimal clarity, along with a 30% gyroid infill pattern that helps distribute the light evenly throughout. To fill any gaps, I used hot glue effectively.
