Here is a collection of horn and starter buttons as well as a turn signal switch button (left and right halves) I have made for older motorcycles. The turn signal button is actually better than the original (OEM) one because it is easier to feel and push while driving, especially with gloves on. Specifically these were designed for older Hondas but they may be useful for others, I don't know. I just thought I would share them in case anyone could use them. View them in your slicer to see if they might work for your application. You can of course scale them in any direction and trim them post-print with sandpaper or X-Acto knives to adapt them to other applications. While the material they are printed from is relatively unimportant, I printed them from ABS simply because I could vapor polish them to a nice glossy finish and in the case of the turn signal button halves I used ABS juice to glue them onto the metal switch stem. They are so small that the usual ABS shrinkage issues don't really have any effect and they print in minutes. For older bikes replacements are often not available at all, or can be relatively expensive as NOS parts. It is much easier, quicker and cheaper to just print a few of these and try them, then adjust as needed in the slicer. **Update** Recently I changed out the front brake master cylinder on a bike and the replacement had a narrower handlebar clamp ring. So I made a 1/2" wide clamp-on spacer set to fill the gap rather than re-adjust everything else. They are for 7/8" diameter handlebars but could easily be scaled for 1" bars or for different widths. Included are various versions including plain and logo front pieces and thread-in, nutted or flat-faced rear pieces. If printed so that the layers are parallel to the largest faces these are fairly strong but I wouldn't hang anything too heavy on them even so, and of course nothing safety-critical. They are designed to use M3 hardware but can also use 4-40 screws and nuts. I printed mine in ABS with 50% fill and a 0.15 mm layer height. As with the buttons I hope these may be helpful to you.
