Hello, Here is the motorcycle battery, designed to use with CBR600RR. The details of the design should be visible on the pictures. Things to be taken into account: - Each spot welded connection MUST be robust and reliable (they have to withstand temperature variations and vibrations), - Connection among the cells must be made with 0.35 mm thick metal tapes. I've used two 8mm with plates in parallel for each junction. - The current draw by the engine starter is around 85 A. The batteries you choose have to be capable to deliver such amount of current. - Use good quality BMS. In my opinion there is no need to have ovecharge/overdischarge cutoff, as the charging voltage is under control of motorcycle voltage regulator. Cheers!
