A complete throttle assembly for a standard 22mm handlebar. There are three slots for a standard 8mm cable nipple inside. You can choose which one you use according to how long your cable is. There are two types of throttle outputs, one with a 10mm thread and one for a 6mm thread so that you can choose the right one for your specific cable adjusting bolt. There are also two versions of the front side cover. One has a pin on the inside of the clamp, which allows you to drill a 5mm hole in your handlebar for the pin to fit in and keep the throttle from moving. To assemble the throttle, you just need 2 M6X24 Allen bolts and 2 M6 nuts. The thread for a cable adjusting screw will probably be too tight right out of the printer so best use a tap to clean the thread. Since the tube is a bit thicker than usual so that it's strong enough, use flexible grips that can stretch a bit. A useful tip - You can use an air compressor to blow air under the grip and slide it on and off easily.
