Motorcycle Risers for Springer bars on standard triple tree

I mistakenly bought handlebars for a Harley Springer. The spacing on springer mounts is 4.75" and standard bars is 3.5". I couldn't return the bars, and nobody makes adapters, so I decided to design my own. I decided to dress up the caps with real nickle plated 357 magnum shells. The screenshot doesn't match the models exactly. I took that early in the design process and before revisions. The bars are actually 1.25" diameter now, along with some other unseen changes. If someone would like to upload a rendering, that'd be great. I don't have the add-on in my version of solidworks to do it
