An initial design for a motorised Bag Air Valve ventilator. Uses a bar linkage design and a brushless motor to provide the compression on the bag, removing the need for any control system. Could be run on a ESC controller to set the breaths per minute.Design has been made to use minimal supports when 3d printing, and requires only metal bearings and shafts.Still to do- Finalise linkage design- Include bearings, pins, etc.- Finalise motor housing- Locate ESC controller- FEA simulationBased off the concept shown by Badulescu Stefan (ROAERA Ventilator COVID - 19) but simplified for easier manufacturing, printing, assembly and removal of the electrical control system.Example motor taken from Geoffrey Nielsen (Turnigy TrackStar) as example.Please download, fix/remix, update and make it better.
