My headband of my Motorola Escape 220 headphones broke (again) so I decided to print my own. Its not fancy in any way, but it does its job very well and is way stronger than the brittle plastics Motorola used. I hope you can fix yours too! You can use a heatgun or hairdryer to soften the plastics and make it a better fit for your head...
