The antenna for my Motorola MR351R Walkie Talkie keeps breaking despite constant attempts to reattach with super glue. Degrading rubber which the antenna cover was made from was not helping. Designed and made a replacement part in Fusion360. It's more chunky than the original, but it seems more sturdy. You'd need to disassemble the walkie-talkie to install the replacement base part.
