I often cast aluminium and bronze in oil sand. Problem is that I need several different size mold-boxes. So the idea was to utilize the same corner blocks and change only the side-panels. One casting mold requires eight (8) corner blocks. Model is 30mm high and has a 4.2mm slot for the side-panels. In my example I used 4mm aluminium and cut... 4 pieces: 150x30 4 pieces: 100x30 Then inserted the side panels to the printed corner blocks. Cut 4 pieces 30mm from 5.5mm steel rod for centering pegs. Drilled 6mm holes on each corner (so enlarging the existing printed hole), and clued the pegs on one mold-box.
