This is a 3D model of Mount Tamalpais and surrounding land in Marin County, California. Mount Tamalpais is the moderate mountain just across the Golden Gate Bridge from San Francisco. This is using the techniques that Thingiverse user "Shakespeare" discusses on his blog and the source digital elevation data was grabbed from the USGS National Map Viewer. This is my first attempt to make one of these models.
