Update as of December 29, 2021: corrected some mistakes, lowered focusholder and shifted buck converter up for more clearance to heatsink, sdapted measures for long laserholder to get better clearances added a little 3.5mm addon for the focus cylinder. Put it on the cylinder and you can measure the distance from the heatsink of the laser and not from the brass lensprotector. All files updated! Update as of December 27, 2021: -corrected some dimensions on hexnuts and cylinderheads. -added a longer version of the original laserholder for more stability and rigidity when lasering very flat things and Laser is lowered pretty far down. -added a holepattern for mounting a 300W XL4016 Buck downconverter to power Laser with higher voltage thus creating less current on the powercables with less voltage drop. You need some M3 hardware and a 5015 radialfan to complete. Print with support. 0.2mm layerheight, 15% infill should be ok. There is a version with and without the holder for the focusingcylinder.
