This model originated as a Sketchup 13 creation before being converted into multiple formats for wider use. The native file type remains .skp while other software uses compatible formats to render images effectively. The initial 3dsmax scene was created with the 2016 version, later rendered using Vray 3.00 for a seamless and precise result. Work on it is still ongoing.
