I designed this board so I could use an ortho layout when working on the couch. If you're interested in duplicating all of the wiring and build style, there is discussion of the build method and technique in the comments here. https://www.reddit.com/r/MechanicalKeyboards/comments/jkcbud/white_on_black_on_silver_on_laptop_introducing/ I printed with 20% grid infill. I used 115% extrusion on the first layer, but the holes were a little tight. YMMV. The butterfly key is held in place with e6000. The copper wiring that spans the bridge is also glued down, and is integral to reinforcing the structure. If not duplicating this wiring style, a different approach to joining the halves is recommended. if you're going to modify the model, i'd certainly recommend a fillet where the plate meets the overhang. that was an oversight, and would make that joint stronger.
