Fits the flans of an Bosch PBS 75 series belt sander quit precisely. The device is held firmly in place. Initially I wanted to build an vertical stand for the sander but the construction turned out to be bulky and complicated so I opted for the much easier horizontal version. For this option the effort of constructing this part wars a bit overdone. But it is ready to use now and if you are going to construct the vertical one this might help you. The plate is held in place by the screws. The wood glue dose not stick to the PETG I used. It only protects from sliding. I printed it with 1.2 mm wall thickness and 50% infill. to compensate for impurities of the casted aluminum part of the sander one can use a dremel tool.
