Mouse Bungee

Mouse Bungee

Created a mouse Bungee to attach to the back of my desk, and thought I would upload it in case anyone else wanted to use it! It is designed to hold standard 3mm cables well, but if your cable is slightly bigger or if the cable holder part printed a bit smaller than it should have, it is super easy to just sand it a bit and get the desired fit. The base clip part is designed to slide perfectly onto a 34mm desk, but of course, feel free to edit the size of that part if you need to/can. ________________________________________________________________________ PRINT RECCOMENDATIONS: - You can print the model on it's side to avoid heaps of unnecessary supports/filament waste. - A raft isn't necessary, but I would probably recommend at least using a brim as the initial layers are pretty thin. - I myself used 20% infill so that I could have it both be sturdy but also maintain a slight degree of flexibility, and it came out well so you might want to do that. - To a similar end, I would recommend printing with a layer height of 0.2mm, - Generally speaking, I tend to mainly work with PLA/PLA+, so I can't entirely speak on the efficacy of other filaments for this print, but I'm sure that they would be fine. ________________________________________________________________________ I'm still pretty early in developing my modelling skills, so any feedback/advice would definitely be appreciated!
