Mouse Droid MSE-6 Traxxas Bandit Kit

This is a kit for a 1:1 scale MSE-6 Mouse Droid with cross-bars to fit a Traxxas Bandit. I've combined and remixed files from several different places as well as adding numerous files designed from scratch to make this kit work. This is intended as a complete build for a Mouse Droid using a Traxxas Bandit chassis. Print 52x copies of the clip file to glue this kit together without any need for clamps or magnets. I print in PLA+ on a Prusa MK3. I glue my prints together with epoxy. Remove the four screws from your Traxxas Bandit chassis that match the location of the holes on the cross bars, slide your ESC to one side, drop this kit into place and fix through to the chassis using 4 x M3 35mm long wood screws. The front bumper, upper greeblies and side circuit boards are designed to be removable. Bolt these in place using wingnuts through matching holes in your mouse droid shell. This allows you to remove these parts and replace when they get broken. Print 4x copies of the greeblie plate, using two on the inside and two on the outside. Print the tyres using a flexible filament. I used NinjaFlex TPU. Apply glue stick to your bed before you print and clean thoroughly between prints with isopropyl alcohol. You can optionally print the cradle for an MR2200 Aker speaker with support bars that screw into the chassis cross-bars. Copy a Mouse Droid sound loop onto an SD card, slot this into your Aker and hit play. Here's a shopping list of the extra stuff you need: - 2 x M5 30mm long hex/allen key bolts (bumper) - 2 x M5 washers (bumper) - 2 x M5 wingnuts (bumper) - 4 x M3 40mm long hex/allen key bolts (upper greeblies) - 8 x M3 20mm long hex/allen key bolts (side circuit boards) - 12 x M3 wingnuts (upper greeblies / side circuit boards) - 12 x M3 washers (upper greeblies / side circuit boards) - 4 x M3 35 long wood screws (Traxxas frame) - 4 x M3 20mm long thumb screws (Aker cradle) I'll pop back to make edits and correct errors.
