The axle for my blackweb BWB16HO201 mouse broke so I figured I'd design and print this, hopefully this'll help you if yours does too. Just insert the skinny end into the potentiometer hole that's inside your mouse (you can open it by taking out the screw under the Q.C. PASS sticker) and put the mouse back togethor, et voila! Your scroll wheel works again!
