My mouse wheel was going too smooth and I felt it slipping a lot so I decided to alter the mouse wheel. Now it is nice and tactile and looks cool too! I altered a wheel with Meshmixer and scaled it to fit my mouse. http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:67296 Print Settings Resolution: High Infill: 100 Notes: Lay flat on the bed. I find printing it slow as possible gets a better finish because the part is so small. Also smaller parts tend to start way cleaner if the bed is slightly closer to the bed than normally. But with bigger parts I find it blocks up the filament before it moves up a layer.
