MP-1: Angst Submachinegun

Here we have the MP-1. A weapon made as a commission for a guy who’s creating a Doom mod based on an old game called Angst: Rahz Revenge. Considering it was made for a Doom mod and thus it would be rendered as low resolution sprites, the model itself it’s a bit of a low poly model since making it high poly would be useless for such low resolutions. Made with Maya and Substance Painter with materials exported as a 2D view texture for simple Maya Materials. think about those old 90’s/2000 games and you get the idea. original concept by the commissioner: https://www.instagram.com/p/B8rVNgFl9oA/ as you can see, the concept lacks the charging handle that i put in the back of the gun, this was a suggestion from another user after he showed me the M33 Hyde design.
