MP Select Mini E3D Mount With Filament Cooling Fan

I printed and liked the E3D adapter mount designed by Brian Benchoff (Monoprice MP Select Mini E3D Hotend Adapter), but the standard E3D heatsink and fan do not provide any cooling to the filament. I wanted to improve bridging capability on my printer without dividing airflow between the heatsink and filament, so I created a remixed version of his adapter that adds a mount for a dedicated 40mm filament cooling fan. It assembles using the M3 hardware from his adapter and one M6 bolt and nut. I wired the filament fan into the regular heatsink fan circuit and it works well. 12/18/2016 - uploaded new version of hotend mount to eliminate an interference issue with the hotend carriage. Print Settings Printer: Monoprice Select Mini Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: .2mm Infill: 30% Notes: Printed with the semi-circles that clamp the hotend facing up, relying on detachable supports to print the fan mounts. Drilled out all holes to slightly under bolt dimension after printing.
