I ran out of LM2596's so I had to utilize the first one I got, MP1584EN, to run the PWM output of RAMPS for the part cooler fan. I run 24V but the fan is 12V. The lid is exactly the same as the enclosure for LM2596 enclosure. Basically the only difference is the cut-out in the base for the PCB.
