This is for the MPCNC. I wanted a nice tall structure for my build. There is only a few ways to achieve this, and that is to brace the legs as best as you can, or go low. I have made this to use 16mm MDF that you can get cut from your local hardware store. For me it was $1.00 per cut from a half sheet which cost me $20 all up and 30 minutes of my time. This was for me win/win since now I can get 100% square, with minimum printing and stay at a height that suited me. The top and bottom corners have been designed to pull the corners tight. The Axis ends replace the printed corners which allow the belts to be tightened in the similar fashion as the original with zip ties which work very well. You will still need to use the original Corner Spacers as these are important to get the offset correct for the axis pipes. I have designed this for the 1 inch version as there is a bigger following of remixes etc. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1671517/ There are a few other reasons I have created the boxed version: 1. It keeps little childrens inquisitive hands out of harm's way 2. It keeps the dust inside the box 3. It allows others to remix to fully enclose (which is on the "todo list") 4. Stops it from getting the wobbles. 5. Looks bloody cool.
