UPDATE 20 /10/15 Uploaded version of tube block with 23.45 outside diameter designed specifically for US EMT conduit sized tubes or pipes. This design marks a complete overhaul of the primarily printed CNC corner support block. The corner block supports tubes and pipes with an inner diameter of 25.4mm. To securely fasten down both tubes simultaneously, you will need four M5 nuts and bolts at each corner, spaced 80mm apart. Four evenly spaced bolts in each corner ensure tighter grip and minimize the risk of delamination in printed parts. Before adding the bolts, I first attach belt tensioner brackets to hold all components firmly together with just the four M5 X 80mm bolts. When printing, I use ABS material and later refine holes using a drill bit for an improved finish. UPDATE 17/10/15 - A belt clip has been added to the design. Please print two copies each of FR LEFT BK RIGHT and FR RIGHT BK LEFT as well as eight additional belt clips. This revised version now features hook eyes attached to belts, allowing for smoother adjustments. UPDATE 18/10/15 Photos of built parts have been posted; assembly came together seamlessly according to plan. Now waiting only for arrival of eye bolts to finalize the setup. Enjoy using this new design - more significant updates are on their way! Special thanks go to @allted for conceiving an awe-inspiring design, true ingenuity!
