My custom MPCNC uses dual endstops for auto squaring, which greatly simplifies the calibration process. I encountered difficulties calibrating the endstops precisely, so I designed these gauges to make the task a breeze. You can utilize the markings on the tool for quick coarse adjustments or use a precision caliper for more precise fine-tuning. This handy tool eliminates inaccuracies caused by measuring from the tower tops. It's essential to note that this setup assumes your frame is perfectly square from the get-go, with no deviations. To create these gauges, you'll need to print two of each part, tailored to your tubing size: 23.5mm, 25mm, or 25.4mm.
