MPCNC Endstop

MPCNC Endstop

A microswitch housing for the MPCNC printer for endstops. Its pretty self explanatory to look at. I preferred the idea of using fixed endstop switches, rather than relying on the belt tabs and having the switch itself move with the machine. This takes a standard 10 x 20 x 6 mm microswitch, which is a tight push fit into the enclosure, ideally with the fulcrum of the switch at the top. The curved part then clips onto the rail in the desired position and can be held in place either with some double sided carpet tape (thin and uber strong) or pinned in place with two small screws (drill a pilot hole in the piece as appropriate). These are designed for the 25mm model, but should fit all 3 conduit sizes as there is sufficient flex.
