MPCNC Plasma Torch holder for the angled torch used on the 40 and 50 Series of Stahlwerk Plasma Cutters. For all of those who don't yet want to fully commit and buy a straight head assembly. You should drill out the M3 Holes and the M4 Holes so there is no binding. The Assembly is angled in a way that the x axies is free to move fully, but the y will suffer some reduction of the travel because, yeah the handle has to go somewhere. As you can see, zipties where used to relife the stress by the copper wire, and it's best to suspend the cable from above, make sure it does not come too close to any cables controlling the steppers, as it will case RF noise. Print with 5+ permieter so you can use a wood rasp to accommodate the shape of the handle. I made some adjustments, but i am too lazy to print it again as i just sanded the shape i needed. The screw should slip in just so tight, snugging it up is enough, you could use spring washers to secure it, but in my case, the tension of the assembly holds the screws together just fine. Orientation of print was standing up like it would be mounted with supports and a 25% gyroid infill. Mine turned out very solid and has enough strenght
