MPCNC Primo AMB 1050 FME 43mm tool mount

<p>This is a 43mm spindle mount - based on AMB 1050 FME-1.<br/> (including an adapted NutTrap and Drill Guide)</p> <p>All is fitted for the MPCNC Primo 25mm version!</p> <p>(<a href="https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/37292-mostly-printed-cnc-primo-f-25mm-mpcnc">https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/37292-mostly-printed-cnc-primo-f-25mm-mpcnc</a>)<br/> Designed in FreeCAD - I share the model and the STL.</p> <hr/> <p>open issues:</p> <h3>- Also two screws in the 43mm holder are hard to screw in - there I have to do a small redesign</h3> <p>The 3mf files are for a PrusaMini with 0,6mm nozzle.<br/> Filament of choice is Prusament PLA.</p> <p>License is based on V1engineering premises.</p> <h3>Print instructions</h3><p>I suggest using the guidelines from Ryan (v1engineering.com)<br/> Material PLA<br/> Nozzle 0,6mm<br/> 0,4mm layer height</p> <p>Tool holder:<br/> 4 perimeters<br/> top and bottom 4 solid layers<br/> I will use infill 30% Gyroid</p> <p>Nut trap:<br/> 2 perimeters<br/> top and bottom 2 solid layers<br/> I will use infill 15% Gyroid</p> <p>Drill Guide:<br/> 2 perimeters<br/> top and bottom 2 solid layers<br/> I will use infill 10% Gyroid</p>
