This jig is designed to precisely align the holes on the Z axis rods for tool mount, specifically tailored for the Burly "C-23.5mm" version that accommodates 3/4" US EMT conduit. To utilize this jig effectively, print two units and wrap them around the conduit. Utilize one stop at either end to align the jig with the conduit's termination, then firmly clamp the entire assembly down onto your worktable. Next, drill through the top piece using its pre-drilled holes as a guide; the resulting holes will be perfectly aligned, spaced from each other and from the conduit's end.
