I couldn't find a Z cable chain option that the z axis didn't run into. This one is designed with that in mind. The angle supports can fit any size. The mounting holes are drill you own style. I used 3M double sided clear tape to mount the angle aluminium in this example. It mounts to the z axis rail with nut and bolt to clamp it down.
