Updates: 23/04/2020 Uploaded a variation of the design. Again, since I have nothing to test with, this is basically just a trial piece. I tried to allow for various head sizes, mask positioning and strap sizes with this design and still allow it to fit the bed of a MPMD be relatively quick to print and be stackable. Try it out and let me know if there are any issues. This model is designed a little lighter so strength may be an issue. I tried to keep the print time close to 15-20 minutes per piece. This will also fit the MPMD bed without an issue and can be stacked. I also tried printing at 0.28 layer height which appears to work fine and speeds up the printing a bit. Adjusting the line width to 0.5 also appear to speed up the print somewhat without affecting print quality much. I am still trying to find the best way to get the stacked prints to come out with the best quality. So far layer height at 0.28 and line width 0.5 with no gap between prints provides a relatively good stacked print. It takes about 35 minutes to print two stacked. The pieces come apart pretty well by sliding a blade between the parts. Summary: I wanted to make a filter mask ear saver that would fit the MPMD build plate and not require users to have to scale other designs. This model fits on the build plate 2 wide and can be stacked as many high as you can print successfully. Depending on your setup you can probably print them in about 15 to 20 minutes each. I printed at 0.21 layer height, 0.4 line width and set my wall line count to 5. I gaped my stacked prints with a 0.21 space between parts in Cura and the pieces separate very easily. The mask straps should be able to be attached in a variety of ways in order to adjust fitting size for the user. Note: I didn't have any measurements to work from other than looking at some pictures on-line. I never bothered to download any files to try and get sizes so my measurements are really based on what fits the MPMD bed. I don't have any masks with which to test this design and I don't have any contacts that can test for me, so if you try this out let me know what has to be changed. Not sure if it is practical but the pieces can be linked together to provide a larger connector
