MPMD V1 & V2 Adjustable Magnetic Bed Clip

<p><strong>BOM</strong></p><ul><li>(1) arm from a 15mm binder clip</li><li>(1) m3 bolt (&lt;6mm preferred but if they are longer they can just run down the original clip holes</li><li>(2+) 3/8" x ¼" neodymium magnets (Glue them in or they'll inevitably jump out)<br>&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Bed Clip Alignment</strong></p><ol><li>Remove stock bed clips. (I had to break all of mine out)</li><li>Slap a clip in each corner of the bed and tighten the hold down screws until it’s close to the bed (Fine tuning will come later)</li><li>Power on the printer, home the hotend, and heat up the bed to usual printing temp</li><li>Slip a 0.24mm shim (110# index card stock), between the bed and one clip. Adjust the hold down screws until it is right at the point of actuating the switch then back it off a hair so the switch is off, but actuates if a not much more than a feather touches the bed. You may have to go back and forth a couple of times to get it just right. Don't push down with your screwdriver or it will effect the results.</li><li>Do the alignment step on the other two clips one at a time, then go back around the bed double checking that none of the adjustments moved.
