I designed a new extruder baseplate from scratch that eliminates nearly all gaps between the feeder gear and bearing without needing an additional PTFE tube. No metal plate removal or bowden coupler re-location is required. It works seamlessly with the stock extruder arm. So far, it's working flawlessly with my flexible filaments. Edit: I updated v13 to move the feeder 0.75mm closer to the bowden connector. This reduces catching while entering the tube but requires adjusting the feeder gear (loosen the small hex screws at its base, raise it slightly using filament as a guide, then tighten).
