mQuad - a printable Blade mQX frame
thingiverse
I'm designing a complete new frame for the Blade mQX. It should be working now, altough it might be complicated to print the gearbox, because it's calibrated for my printer. Mine is now printed and working! Please tell me in the comments if it works for you. Changes:strengthened arms and centerplateadded a grooved arm to reinforce with carbon fibre / kevlar / etc. Instructions I print all the parts with cura and these settings (0.4mm nozzle): PLA 0.15mm layer height Shell thickness 0.8mm Bottom/top thickness 0.75mm Fill density 30% Print speed 60mm/s Print temperature 215C Infill speed 80mm/s The landing gear and arms have a really tight fit in the centerplate, if you cant push it in, you can gently heat it a little bit and push it in.
