This is a (not so) faithful reproduction of a vintage Avon® ornament that they called "Mr Dazzle". He was made of solid acrylic with a small hole in the top of his hat. You could slide him over a bulb on a string light and he would light up with awesome refracting light effects. This version is much larger. The original was about 40mm tall while this stands at 189mm.
