The one in the picture is an earlier model, and you'll need to swap out the screws for new ones and add two standoffs on either side of the flight controller. I used wire cutters to trim the excess, then applied heat with a soldering iron to create new holes, finishing it up with a hobby knife to clean up the area. Additionally, you'll have to desolder the vtx and remove the plastic connector from the fc. The caddx turtle board should sit atop the fc, while the vtx sits on top of that. Although this requires significant work, the end result looks fantastic if done correctly. I opted to create a Lazy version for those who don't want to take apart their VTX or deal with soldering wires, allowing it to fit seamlessly on top of the caddx turtle board. This iteration shouldn't require standoffs, though I haven't tested it yet. The holes at the back are designed to accommodate a small zip tie, preventing your caddx turtle board from falling out.
