MR2 Spyder Battery Relocation

This is a battery relocation tray for the Battery Tender BTL24A480CW LiFePO4 battery in a MR2 Spyder. The purpose of this design is to free up space in the engine compartment. I printed this in ASA and you will need the following to put the kit together: 6mmx1.00 60mm length screws (x2) 6mmx1.00 nylon locking nut (should fit 10mm wrench) Battery tie down kit (could probably re-use the factory J-hook) You will need to relocate or replace your coolant overflow tank to use this. You will also need to make the appropriate length battery cables as well. Piece 1 is the tray the battery will sit in Piece 2 is the tie-down bar that sits on top of the battery Piece 3 is the spacer that the battery tray is bolted to Piece 4 is a tapered washer that will sit in the old grommet hole from the overflow tank. The locking nut for one of the 6mm screws should be pressed into this.
