Remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4321101 The lugs on the 3M side of the adapter snapped off fairly easily so I increased the thickness of the wall they're attached to. Lugs are now symmetric. Also included a file for a printed TPU gasket. Part has been split so that the sealing surface which touches the gasket can be printed facing the bed. Printing in PETG and gluing parts together with Loctite plastics bonder (https://www.loctiteproducts.com/en/products/fix/super-glue/loctite_plasticsbondingsystem.html) is recommended.
