MTB Fork Lockout Cap (SR Suntour RAIDON)

After losing the lockout cap for my SR Suntour Raidon fork I got a replacement, but decided to create one instead to get some more orange on my bike. Also in case it gets lost again... This for sure fits a RAIDON XR-LO-R and an XCR model, not sure about any others. Print settings need to be fairly dialed as it needs to be snug. Also print it "upside down" as this way there are only minor overhangs and no bridges. Update 2018-11-18: --------------------------- Lengthened the lever arm a bit, added a little bump to match the bottom of the "real" one, and added a version with text on it. Installation Notes: ---------------------- When installing,I had to tighten the lockout mechanism of the fork. With the cap and the little gear out put a 5mm hex key in and tighten that up. Then a longer 4mm in and loosen the recessed bolt, pump the fork a few times, and then tighten to where it's _just barely_ snug. At this point the fork should be locked out, and you can reinsert the gear piece, and clip the cap on in the "locked" position (handle pointing to rear of bike). Turning the cap counter clockwise turns the gear, which has a 4mm hex axle that opens up a valve to allow the fork to function. Play around with the tightness until it is functioning properly, mine took a bit of futzing (lockout didn't work at all initially for some reason) but now works perfectly.
