MTG: dice box frame
thingiverse
This magic-themed dice box boasts a consistent design and can accommodate up to 12 D6 dice with 16mm height, 15 D6 dice with 14mm height, or 24 D6 dice with 12mm height. The hinge axle measures 3mm in size. A user on the forum (http://forums.mtgsalvation.com/showthread.php?t=483261) shared a DIY version made from stacked cards, requiring only four cards. To assemble, print two frames and three hinges, then attach two cards to the inside (top) and bottom of each frame. Cut out the center of these cards, leaving only the card frames within the printed frames. Next, glue the cut-out centers together inside both frames. Finally, insert an axle to connect the parts, and if necessary, add a clasp to keep the box closed when not in use.
