MTW Create filament spool holder

MTW Create filament spool holder

I wanted to design a new spool holder for my MTW Create. The stock spool holder is nice and smooth, but sits on the table behind the printer and I just don't have that much room. I designed this to use the vertical space I do have. It will probably work just fine with the spool sitting on the cross bar, but I wanted to make the spool float a little easier, so I used some skate board bearings that I had laying around and made some spacers to keep the spool from falling off. To install this remove the top caps on the MTW Create and install the left and right bracket using the old M5 screws. I also added a slot nut in the back and used another M5 to attach the lower arm to the back. Print 2 of spacers and 1 center. It's not real clear in the picture, but there is a wash on both sides of the bearings. I did not tighten the nuts tight, but used the double nuts to just keep everything in place. The all-thread was a piece of 8mm I had laying around.
