Mubo is the Droid builder in the Oculus Quest game Star Wars: Tales From the Galaxy's Edge and he carries this tool on his belt. There are also a couple laying around in his shop, but this one is designed after taking a lot of screenshots of the more detailed one he carries. The spark generating end has a hole that is designed to hold a Schrader automobile tire valve stem that I picked up at a tire store (they have tons laying on the ground and make great greeblies) These totally match the end of the tool in the game remarkably well.
