Much improved filament path - no escape!

Further refined dbgeorge's design: • Added upper guides to prevent wiggly filament from escaping around the gear. • Reduced the size of the hole surrounding the gear to stop filament from getting there. • Extruded a nozzle around the PTFE tube entry to secure it more firmly in place (half of it remains lodged). • Removed the hole below the spring, which enhances structural integrity when printed with high infill density. Note: The added upper guides fit snugly around the original gear; however, I have not tested this design with replacement gears.
