A two-part design features a cast rubber or polyurethane rubber component and a heavy steel base. It offers various characteristics such as offset weight, parallel sides in both steel and rubber, rounded edges on both parts, and a porous section with irregular shapes. Additionally, it has multiple setup angles (flat spots) and multifaceted angles on the ends for difficult pickup. The rubber construction allows for flexibility to test grip strength and potential pressure logging. The size is adjustable, with the current weight being 1.860 pounds; smaller sizes can be used to test accuracy while larger ones assess maximum capacity.
