Multi-material OpenRC Truggy Wheel - Print in place
thingiverse
I designed this wheel using Autodesk Fusion 360's Shape Optimization Simulation. If you can do 75+ degree overhangs, it can be printed without supports. I don't know how much maintenance you can expect, but this model should work with the stock truggy: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:42198
