multi-shot ball launcher

A new model of ball launcher (diameter 12.7 mm, geomag). For this launcher, the spring is placed vertically, it drives a rack by means of a gear. This rack propels the log along a channel. The part called Rail supports the axis of the spring and the gear wheel. On one of the diameters supporting the axis, a notch allows the key to pass through. Between the two diameters (notch side) comes a first shaft spacer, then the spring (tab backwards). This is followed by the arch spring spacer, the arch and a second shaft spacer (this is a part that must be printed twice). Then, thread the pin with its key and lock with the pin clips. The spring tab comes into the square hole and is blocked by the spring plate. Then position the trigger pin and slide the slide into the groove. The trigger spring fits into a square hole. Turn the gear backwards to pressurize the spring and present the rack so that the first tooth coincides with the tooth at the end of the gear. This way, the rack can fit into the rail. The ram pushed by its spring locks the rack and pinion. It is the action on the trigger that will release it to propel the ball. Now it remains to slide the cover to the end. The balls lodge in the canal and fall in front of the rack to be propelled. Once the ball is gone, pulling the rack back makes another one fall.
