For a font tile, use the connector, body, and your chosen letter. The explanation mark and question mark demand an additional 4th file for the period at the bottom. Printing settings: A precise 0.4mm nozzle, an 18mm wide purge block, 0.2 layers height, with 100% infill. Printing nine per bed should yield less than 10% purge waste since you're only working with two colors on any given layer because the letters rest on top of the base.
