So what makes this slightly different is this has registration marks on the base and the top. NO SUPPORT IS NEEDED. This makes it much easier to align the top/bottom up. Aslo there is a window in the back so you can see the spanish version of your covid card if needed This fits a covid card thats around 3.25 x 4.25 reduce to 93.4% for a 3 x 4..that should be right. The clear dome was NOT done with an sla printer. It was done with my ender 5 and clear flilament. I uses various sandpaper to make it smooth. I could have gone more clear, but dont have 2000 grit sandpaper, Most I had was 1000. I use a cloth with a little toopaste to polish it the best I could. To make the dome here is my settings .1 Layer height 240 nozzle for the pla ( I know its hotter than normal) 106 flow (cura) or Extrusion multiplyer 1.06 (Prusa) 100% infill FAN OFF 3 perimiter start with 120 grit, 130m , 1000grid wet, end with cloth buffing with toothpaste. I know there are better methods..but I didnt have them at my disposal. I printed each piece..the yellow disk, and red/white button. The little yellow bar on the right was simply a piece of clear filament, I used a hair dryer to make it straight. And used yellow airbrush paint to make it yellow, If you already have yellow clear filament..obviously this will look much cooler, or use what ever clear colored filament you want to personalize. this was a fun project
