Printed this to close then end where the card slides in. It's snug, but not too hard to get in. You can also use 3 or 5 mil laminating pouch, run through a thermal laminator and cut to 3 1/6" x 3 15/16" for a clear protective film for your card holder. Printed with PLA+ at 200, 30 speed for the first layer and 80 for the rest.
