Made these for a friends wine party - it is based on the file by dex917 (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:278304) but I added multiple charm render and automatic tag back plate width calculation. It will be customizable, it needs some change in the varaibles scheme. Instructions To create custom charms, you will need OpenSCAD (http://www.openscad.org/). Edit the list variable, with the names of your custom charms, and the size of your printer bed. If there are too much names for tags, only those fit the your bed size will be rendered.
